Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

06 Bonuses and Promotions

09 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by jill88

jill88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, without advance notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a regulatory compliance risk. Upon suspension, jill88 will investigate the matter and communicate findings to the account holder within a reasonable period.

9.2 Effect of Suspension

During suspension, the account holder's funds are preserved (subject to any legitimate forfeiture due to proven Terms violations) and will be returned via the original deposit method following completion of the investigation, provided no forfeiture is warranted. Bonus balances not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon suspension for cause.

9.3 Voluntary Closure

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill88's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, regardless of the basis of the claim (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jill88 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data Processing

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jill88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a notice posted prominently on the Platform. Where the amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, a minimum of 14 days' notice will be provided before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure under Section 9.3.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
